Official Rules

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Caglia Environmental, located in Fresno County, California (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Earth Day Customer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Fresno County and Madera County, California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Caglia Environmental, its affiliated companies, contractors, and agents, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins and ends on April 22, 2026 (“Earth Day”), during operating hours at each participating facility:
- Cedar Avenue Recycling & Transfer Station: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Fairmead Landfill: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- North Fork Transfer Station: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Entries submitted outside of these time-frames will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting one of the participating facilities on Earth Day and completing the official entry form via QR code.
Limit one (1) entry per qualifying visit. Multiple entries are permitted for separate visits.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free alternative method of entry is available by submitting an entry through the same online form without visiting a facility during the Entry Period.
All entries must be received during the Entry Period and will be timestamped at the time of submission.
Participating Locations
Entries will be accepted from the following facilities:
- Cedar Avenue Recycling & Transfer Station
- Fairmead Landfill
- North Fork Transfer Station
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a prize consisting of a basket of sustainable items and gift cards with an approximate retail value of five hundred dollars ($500).
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on or about April 23, 2026.
The selected winner will be contacted by phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Caglia Environmental and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and contacting the winner, unless otherwise permitted by law.
