RULES AND RESTRICTIONS


  • NO HAZARDOUS WASTE, LIQUIDS, OR CHEMICALS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED INSIDE CONTAINER.
  • BIN IS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION ON SITE AND AT DISPOSAL SITE.
  • DO NOT LOAD BIN ABOVE THE TOP RIM AS IT WILL NEED TO BE COVERED DURING TRANSPORT.
  • THERE IS A MAXIMUM RENTAL OF 10 DAYS. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS MAY BE MADE IF MORE TIME IS NEEDED. *LONG TERM ACCOUNTS WITH INACTIVITY FOR UP TO 60 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC REMOVAL WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.*
  • MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR ALL SIZES = 10 TONS (20,000 LBS.) CONCRETE, BRICK AND ASPHALT IS ONLY ACCEPTED IN 10 YARD BINS.

RATES

  • A prepay is required for each service and return. Removals do not require a prepay


  • Any credit remaining from your prepay will be refunded to you at closure of account.


  • Any overages will be automatically billed and are billed in arrears.


  • Any restricted items that are found including oversized items, hazardous waste, liquids, lighting ballasts etc., will be refused service and/or a “hard to handle” fee starting at $54.94 will be applied to your account.


  • Automatic Hard to Handle fees include: Drip line irrigation hoses, plastic & rubber material.
